2) 7 day LUTEAL PHASE SUPPORT PROGRAM (repeat for two weeks)
This is to be followed from around days 15-28 (from the first day of your period until ovulation).
It includes foods that will support your body from ovulation to menstruation.
Our Luteal Phase Support Program is designed to reduce cravings and manage blood sugar during the second half of the menstrual cycle. Meals are high in protein and fiber, and low in carbs and sugar.
